Mr. Xiajun Fang is a partner at Haiwen & Partners, resident in the Shanghai office, whose practice focuses on securities offerings, mergers & acquisitions and private equity/venture capital investments. He joined Haiwen in January 2017 and previously worked at JSM, Jun He Laws Offices and Allbright Law Offices for more than ten years.
