Partner at Haiwen & Partners focusing on antitrust and competition law and intellectual property–related dispute resolution. He has expertise in high-profile and complex antitrust filings, investigations and litigation and in matters at the intersection of IP and anti-monopoly law; he joined Haiwen in July 2021 and previously worked at another large domestic law firm, the Anti-Monopoly Bureau of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, and the Economic and Commercial Section of the PRC Consulate General in New York (three years).
