Partner at Iwata Godo based in Japan, specializing in antitrust, bankruptcy and corporate reorganization/rehabilitation, and litigation and dispute resolution. Admitted in Japan (1997) and New York (2003), he previously worked at Yodoyabashi Godo LPC and Coudert Brothers in New York and served as a lecturer at Seikei University Law School (2016–2019).
