He is Head of the Cybersecurity and Data Compliance Department, a member of the Shanghai Office Supervisory Committee, and Deputy Director of the Zhonglun W&D Group's Technology and Intellectual Property Committee; his practice focuses on telecommunications, cybersecurity and data compliance (including data assets and generative AI), autonomous driving, corporate compliance investigations, foreign investment and cross-border M&A.
