Rajasingam Gothandapani is a Partner at Shearn Delamore & Co in Malaysia (partner since 2003) who specialises in shipping and maritime contentious (litigation and arbitration) and transactional matters and advises on regulatory, environmental, energy and transport issues. He was called to the Bar on 24 May 1996, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and serves on the Bar Council’s Shipping and Admiralty Law Committee.
