Alan Zhang is a partner in the Debt Capital Markets team at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Hong Kong, advising on a wide range of debt capital market products and MTN programme matters. He has experience representing issuers and underwriters in offshore bond issuances and advises international and domestic financial institutions as well as central and local state-owned enterprises.
