She advises investment banks, private equity houses and multinational companies on corporate finance, cross-border M&A and offshore/RMB fund formation (having assisted in formation of over 250 offshore funds), and handles cross-border financing, leveraged buyouts, venture capital financing and securities compliance across Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg and the PRC.
