Foreign Attorney at Yulchon based in South Korea, admitted in California (1988) and the District of Columbia (1991). He joined Yulchon in 2012 after over 20 years practicing antitrust in Washington, D.C., including as a staff litigation attorney at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and as an antitrust partner at Pillsbury Winthrop and Greenberg Traurig; he focuses on antitrust, consumer protection and trade regulation with an emphasis on international matters.
