Tax Partner (Co-Head of International Tax Team) and Senior C.P.A. at Yulchon who focuses on international tax and cross-border transactions, advising multinationals—particularly technology and financial services—and structuring overseas funds and Korean investments abroad. He co-leads Yulchon’s international tax practice, is a director of the Korean branch of the International Fiscal Association, and serves as a tax advisor on two National Pension Fund investment committees.
