Jae Hyun Park

نبذة

Jae Hyun Park is a Partner at Yulchon in South Korea who advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring and finance matters. He joined Yulchon in 2004 after serving as a Judge Advocate in the Korean Army and a secondment to the Hong Kong office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe; he holds degrees from Seoul National University and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and is admitted in the Republic of Korea and New York.
