He is a veteran Korean antitrust lawyer (practising since the mid-1990s), licensed in the Republic of Korea and New York, and has represented domestic and international clients in high‑profile cartel, abuse‑of‑dominance and unfair internal transaction matters across industries including automotive, aviation, healthcare and telecommunications.
