Partner at Llinks Law Offices in China, David Wu is a pioneer in Chinese sports law with extensive experience in international sports arbitration and corporate/M&A matters. He assisted in establishing the CAS Shanghai Alternative Hearing Centre, was appointed to the CAS ad hoc division for the Sochi 2014 Olympics, has acted for top domestic clubs including Guangzhou Evergrande in FIFA disputes, and has led over 100 domestic and overseas cases.
