نبذة
Partner and member of the firm's Management Committee at Wanhuida Intellectual Property, based in the Beijing office, who leads the practice team for patent filing, prosecution, administrative litigation and civil infringement litigation and advises clients on patent portfolio management, enforcement and operation. He previously spent a decade at the Beijing Intellectual Property Office as director of the Patent Management Department and later the Patent Enforcement Department, and has earlier experience at the Institute of Computing Technology (Chinese Academy of Sciences), Haidian District Commission of Commerce and the Beijing Intellectual Property Service Center.
