She advises on corporate and commercial matters and civil litigation, including shareholders' disputes, M&A, restructuring, commercial contracts and public law remedies; she is an Accredited Mediator and was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Lincoln's Inn) in 1983 and admitted to the High Court of Borneo (now High Court of Sabah and Sarawak) in 1984.
