Laixiang (Joseph) Li is a Partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm's Shenzhen office, specializing in capital markets, M&A, private equity/venture capital and general corporate matters. He joined the firm in 2023 after more than ten years at other top Chinese law firms and regularly advises on domestic and international IPOs, cross-border investment structures (including VIE and sino-foreign JV structures), PE/VC transactions and corporate compliance.
