Lihua Wang is a chief partner at Tian Yuan Law Firm and was a founder of the cooperative Beijing Kaiyuan Law Firm in December 1992; he served as director of Tian Yuan until July 2011. He practises in securities and capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and intellectual property, and has served on multiple regulatory and exchange committees related to securities, listing and restructuring.
