Michael Gu is a partner at Hylands Law Firm based in Shanghai who heads the firm's competition practice across China. He is a long‑standing competition law practitioner in China with extensive experience in merger filings, antitrust investigations, civil litigation and leniency matters, and previously co‑founded AnJie Law Firm after senior roles at Zhong Lun, Linklaters and Allen & Overy.
