Partner at Hylands Law Firm based in China, specializing in civil and commercial dispute resolution, real estate and construction projects, private equity and investment matters. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from China University of Political Science and Law and an LL.M in Economic Law from Renmin University of China, and previously served (2005–2012) as a prosecutor/director — including a period described as the youngest Chief Prosecutor in Beijing's judicial system; his clients include Fortune 500 companies and large-to-medium state-owned enterprises.
