Minh Vu is a partner at LNT & Partners with an 18-year career across external and in-house counsel roles; she is Managing Partner of the firm's Hanoi office and leads the Financial Services practice. She advises foreign investors, domestic companies and regulatory agencies on tax, investment, banking and finance, energy and construction, infrastructure and corporate M&A, and previously served as Head of the Legal Department at Vietnam Chemical Finance JSC (VCFC), now Lotte Finance.
