Partner at AnJie Broad Law Firm in China, specializing in cross-border investment and financing, corporate/M&A, capital markets, private equity/venture capital, funds formation and international dispute resolution. He has advised more than thirty international enterprises on FDI and M&A, acted as PRC counsel on the establishment and acquisition of twelve joint ventures (US$250 million total investment), completed over 100 PE/VC investments and funds formation projects, participated in more than 20 international arbitrations (CIETAC, SIAC), and represented Chinese companies including Sinopec, Sinochem, SDIC, CNSG and ENN in offshore investments.
