Founder of AFD China Intellectual Property Law Office with nearly forty years' experience in IP prosecution, post‑grant proceedings, enforcement, litigation and strategic counselling. In 2011 she founded Beijing BHTD Law Firm as the litigation arm of AFD and has advised a broad range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to start‑ups; she has received numerous national and international honours including being named a National IP Expert by CNIPA.
