Haifeng He is a partner at Beijing Grandway Law Offices and a seasoned commercial dispute resolution lawyer and arbitrator, specializing in litigation and arbitration for corporate and financial matters. He has prior roles at CITIC Securities and JD Finance, serves on industry committees (including the Financial Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association and committees of NAFMII), and holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
