Partner at Beijing Grandway Law Offices based in China, specialising in M&A, corporate governance, securities and business negotiations. Began his career with the Beijing Municipal Government in 1992, served as Deputy Secretary‑General of the Beijing Society for the Promotion of Exchange among Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau in 1997, has practised as a lawyer since 2000, and is also a partner of Beijing Deqi Intellectual Property Agency Co. Ltd., an internal audit committee member of China Minzu Securities and a director or independent director of multiple companies.
