Partner at DR & AJU LLC in South Korea with a practice focused on criminal defense litigation, antitrust and competition, corporate succession, legislative strategy, and reconstruction/redevelopment. He is a former prosecutor and public-sector adviser — including Legal Advisor to the Fair Trade Commission — and founded D&A Advisory in Washington, D.C.; he was also named Head, U.S. Strategic Policy Division (2025).
