Previously served extensively on the bench — including as Presiding Judge at Seoul Central District Court (2022–2024), Presiding Judge of the Goyang Branch of Uijeongbu District Court (2018–2022), Presiding Judge of Gwangju District Court (2016–2018) and as a Research Judge at the Supreme Court (2014–2016) — and practiced privately at Attorney Kyoo Tae KANG Law Office (2024–2026).
