Julia Dai is a Partner at DaHui Lawyers in the Corporate/M&A practice, focusing on corporate and finance transactions including M&A, capital markets and strategic investments. She has experience with U.S. and Hong Kong IPOs, overseas bond offerings, cross-border M&A and private equity/VC investments; prior to joining DaHui she worked at Latham & Watkins in Shanghai for ten years.
