Joy Wang is a Partner in DaHui Lawyers’ Intellectual Property practice with extensive litigation experience in patents, copyrights, trademarks, unfair competition and anti-monopoly matters. She handles patent invalidation proceedings before the Patent Reexamination Board and trademark invalidation proceedings before the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, has represented multinational and domestic clients, and previously worked at a leading PRC law firm.
