Brendon Wu is a Partner at DaHui Lawyers in the firm’s private equity team, focusing on cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital financings, capital markets and general corporate and commercial matters. He has industry experience across media, technology and internet sectors and has represented well-known and early-stage Chinese Internet entrepreneurs in a range of financings (including onshore RMB and offshore preferred/convertible financings) and M&A transactions.
