Zheng Zha is a partner and key management member at DaHui Lawyers with nearly 20 years of experience, focusing on corporate practice including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, international capital markets and cross-border investments. Zheng has extensive experience in equity financing for private companies and international securities transactions in the U.S. and Hong Kong markets, and previously served as counsel at Allen & Overy and worked at Skadden Arps.
