Frank Liu is Head of Shanghai Pacific Legal and a Partner at Tiantai Law Firm with 20 years' experience as a senior IP lawyer who leads the firm's Intellectual Property practice. He advises on IPR registration, protection, management and enforcement, has acted for Fortune 500, multinational and domestic PRC corporations in over a hundred litigation and arbitration matters, and previously worked for five years in an intermediate-level Chinese court before entering private practice in 2002.
