Counsel at Beijing DHH Law Firm in the International Trade and Customs department, specializing in maritime law, shipbuilding, investment and finance, corporate governance, administrative law, and litigation and execution. Worked ten years in the judicial system and six years at the State Oceanic Administration; holds an LL.M. from China University of Political Science and Law (2003–2006) and was admitted to the PRC bar in 2007; speaks Mandarin.
