Partner at MdME in Macau, Carlos Eduardo Coelho leads the Insurance sector practice and works in the Corporate / M&A and Capital Markets teams. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructurings, joint ventures and equity capital markets (including IPOs of Macau interests on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), and represents insurers, reinsurers and intermediaries on commercial and regulatory matters; he is also a key contact for the firm's gaming practice.
