Devendra P.N. Pradhan is the founder and managing partner of Pradhan & Associates and a Senior Advocate designated by the Supreme Court of Nepal. He is dual‑qualified in Nepal and in the United States (New York and District of Columbia) and has over 31 years’ experience advising on high‑value commercial matters including M&A, aviation, banking and finance, hydroelectricity, infrastructure and telecommunications for governments, multilateral bodies and multinational clients.
