Dara Acusar is Senior Partner and Resident Counsel at DivinaLaw Cebu, advising on corporate and litigation matters. She holds an LL.M. (General Studies, concentration in Corporate and International Economic Law) from New York University School of Law, a Juris Doctor (Class Valedictorian) from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (Class Valedictorian and Magna Cum Laude) from the University of San Carlos; she is a member of the New York State Bar and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
