Raimondo Maggiore is the co-managing partner of Bird & Bird's Italian offices and heads the Italian banking and financial services regulatory team. He has expertise in financial regulation, bank capital requirements, derivatives, asset management, investment services, insurance, public offerings, and pension funds. He also advises on contentious regulatory issues, enforcement, and the structuring of alternative investment funds, particularly real estate and private equity. Before joining Bird & Bird in 2003, he worked at CONSOB.
