Emilia Stępień is an Of Counsel in the Privacy & Data Protection team at Bird & Bird in Warsaw. She advises clients on GDPR compliance, marketing strategies, information society services, fintech, cloud computing, and commercial projects. She has been practicing since 2004 and rejoined the firm in 2018 after working as an in-house lawyer and DPO. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar and speaks Polish and English.
