She assists fund sponsors on fund formation, operation, listing, and winding-up, and advises family offices on private capital initiatives and governance. She has regulatory experience including financial services law advice, economic substance rules, and AML/Proceeds of Crime law obligations, and is active in Ogier's Technology and Web3 steering group.
