Hub Stolker is an attorney at law and tax adviser in Baker McKenzie's transfer pricing team in the Netherlands. He represents multinational enterprises in transfer pricing audits, controversy, APAs, cross-border restructurings, supply chain optimization, double taxation avoidance, mutual agreement procedures, and tax-related arbitration. He also handles tax dispute resolution, audit defense, litigation, competent authority negotiations, and the design and implementation of transfer pricing systems. He lectures at the ITC and NOB, and has published articles.
