Eric Barbier de La Serre has more than 25 years of experience in European and French competition law. He handles antitrust and State aid cases across multiple sectors, and has been involved in settlement, commitment, interim relief, and sanctions proceedings before the European Commission and the French Competition Authority. He also has extensive litigation experience before the EU courts and advises on other aspects of EU law such as free movement of goods and services.
