Ben Kralstein is a partner in Mayer Brown’s Corporate & Securities practice and a member of the Insurance Industry Group. He advises US and non-US insurers, reinsurers, insurance markets, agents, brokers, investors and financial institutions on transactional and regulatory matters in the insurance and reinsurance industry. His experience includes domestic and cross-border reinsurance transactions, pension risk transfer, mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, insurance securitizations and capital markets transactions. He has been ranked by Chambers USA as an 'Up and Coming' attorney (2024) and previously as an 'Associate to Watch' (2021–2023).
