He has structured, documented, and implemented numerous real estate transactions for various property types, including development and acquisition of warehouses, data centers, and health care properties. He has represented investment banks, real estate funds, and commercial banks, and advises on the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and Act on Securitization of Assets.
