Justo Segura is a Partner at DLA Piper Argentina, advising public and private sector clients, including sovereign and sub-sovereign entities, corporations, banks and financial organizations in capital markets, corporate finance, debt restructuring, liability management transactions and general law matters. He has also been involved in local and international litigation matters, including pro bono work. He was an international lawyer in a large New York law firm in 2005 and 2006, where he was a member of the Latin America practice group and worked on capital markets matters of private and public sector clients, including sovereign bonds and related litigation.
