He was previously managing partner of Abdulaziz Alassaf & Partners Law Firm (since 2005) and led its litigation department (2010-2012). His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, corporate and commercial matters, capital markets, commercial contracts disputes, securities disputes, bankruptcy, liquidation, enforcement of foreign judgments, and arbitration.
