Neeraj Kumar is a Partner at Dua Associates in India. He advises on corporate and commercial law, including general corporate advice, corporate governance, company formations, contract law, foreign exchange laws and regulations, acquisitions, and takeover code issues. He has experience with business restructuring, joint ventures, and commercial arrangements including business transfer and asset transfer agreements. He also advises on mining, defence, and telecommunications laws, and handles legal and regulatory matters for foreign investment projects and company acquisitions. He has served on the boards of Indian subsidiaries of multinational corporations. He gained international experience at Clifford Chance and The Erskine Chambers in London via a Pegasus scholarship, and obtained a British Government scholarship for studies at Cambridge University.
