Eliot Williams is Co-Practice Group Chair for PTAB Trials at Baker Botts, with extensive experience in intellectual property litigation in federal courts and before the PTAB, where he has appeared in over 300 trials. He is also a seasoned appellate advocate, having argued nearly two dozen cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
