Dr. Uwe Goetker is a partner and a member of the corporate department, where his practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law and M&A transactions, including private equity and acquisition financing. He has extensive experience in national and international corporate acquisitions and joint ventures and advises in this regard both, strategic and financial investors.
