Ben Gaffikin is a Partner at McCann FitzGerald LLP in Ireland and head of the firm's Private Equity and Venture Capital Group, advising private equity sponsors, management teams and financial institutions on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures and venture matters. He graduated from the University of Sydney (LLB, BEc), qualified in 1996 and has been a partner in the firm's Corporate Group since 2005 after joining in 2000, having previously worked at Ashurst in London and Minter Ellison in Sydney.
