He advises Irish and multinational companies and private equity funds on public and private M&A, corporate inversions, loan portfolio acquisitions/sales, equity capital markets, reorganisations, corporate governance and joint ventures; he graduated (BA) from the University of Limerick in 1998 and qualified in 2002.
