Partner in the Real Estate department at McCann FitzGerald LLP in Ireland, advising on a wide range of real estate transactions for institutional investors, asset managers, developers, lenders, student accommodation providers, semi-state bodies and private corporates. He joined McCann FitzGerald in 2011 as a trainee, graduated from University College Dublin (BBLS) in 2009, qualified in 2014 and was promoted to Partner in 2023; he has led PRS and social and affordable housing transactions, including structuring using ICAVs, QIAIFs and limited partnerships and handling development financing matters.
