She specialises in equity capital market transactions, IPOs and public M&A involving listed issuers across the Nordics; she has been a lawyer since 2005, joined Schjødt as a partner in 2022, graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo, and is ranked in Chambers, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000.
